		<description>urban conferences, in the way you define it, are one of the engines of the growth of civilization, let alone economies and nations. this has been around since the begining of humankind. i wouldn&#039;t really caution people against it, but rather as you have done very well, make them aware of how these conferences impact their future, and how they might have a role in shaping that through these conferences.</description>
