		<description>Someone mentioned a wonderful example of being late in catching up with rest of the world. The Mobile phone revolution that hit India actually had skipped the landline technology.. While we were still trying to equip ourselves with the the landlines, the mobile revolution had already hit.. So, we actually skip a more tedious effort :) .</description>

		<description>if we are 200 years behind many countries.. it is a boon in disguise. Very educating Article.. We definitely have set examples right in front of us. Only the choices have to be made on the basis of prioritizing right requirements. We cannot have car driven society where the largest people traveling is by public transport and are primary a pedestrian. We dun want world class cities like in US, which exemplifies huge amounts wasted in freeways. It is important to cit to adopt a design which encourages its local economy to grow.</description>
